NEET(National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test)

AIIMS(All India Institute of Medical Sciences)
This Entrance used to be the popular exam but due to the New Policy of NMC 2019 this examination has been wrapped up and will be clubbed under NEET UG all those aspirants who wish to pursue in AIIMS medical college can get their seats through only NEET Exam this effect is enforced from 2020 onwards earlier AIIMS used to have their own Entrance Examination.
JIPMER(Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research)
This premier university is situated in Puducherry. They used to conduct their own examination and offered courses like MBBS through this exam up until 2019. The NMC Act 2019 enforced them to join with NEET-UG and JIPMER Entrance Exam is discontinued thereafter. Candidates who seek to get into this institution should qualify NEET UG.
Hence AIIMS & JIPMER are being discontinued. NEET UG offers a unified exam for the UG program in MBBS/AYUSH & BDS Courses. Therefore all other modes of entry to medical courses are replaced by NEET-UG.

COMED-K (Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Under Graduate Entrance Test)
It is a national-level examination conducted in Karnataka. JEE (Joint Entrance Examination)
It was formerly called as All India Engineering Entrance Examination, as the name says it’s a national level examination conducted for the course of engineering. By qualifying in this exam students can easily get into some of India’s Best Technological Universities like [IIT’s, NIT’s, IIIT’s, IIEST >I’s]*. To enter into such esteemed colleges students should first qualify for the Two-Phase Exam conducted by NTA. The phase-1 exam is called JEE-MAINS & Phase-2 Exam is known as JEE-ADVANCED.
If the Students qualify for JEE-MAINS they can enter institutes like NIT’s, IIIT’s, IIEST & GTI’s except the IIT’s. To get into IIT’s students must qualify JEE-Advanced too.
